Crafting professions

Crafting is a new system made for Classic World. Characters at level 10 and up can use it. You turn materials you collect into items for your adventure1. Nexon says you can make items for yourself or to share with friends2.

  • Visit a crafting NPC to see what you can make and which materials you need1.
  • The more you craft, the more your crafting skill grows. A higher skill opens more recipes1.
  • Crafting gives crafting EXP. Nexon’s October 15 notice fixes a bug where some Woodcrafting items gave EXP with a Woodcrafting Kit when they should not3.

Each profession has its own NPC1:

Profession NPC
Smithing Silas Irons
Weaponcrafting Mr. Thunder
Tailoring Francois
Woodcrafting Vicious
Leatherworking JM From tha Streetz
Arcforge Chrishrama

The release notes do not say where each NPC stands. If you know, send a correction with a screenshot.

The level 10 in the table is the level for the crafting system as a whole. Nexon has not given a separate level for each profession.

Nexon’s posts do not say these things. If you have seen them in game, please add them with a screenshot.

  • What each profession makes
  • Which professions supply materials to which
  • Recipes, with materials and results
  • How crafting skill levels work, and how many there are
  • Whether one character can learn every profession
  • Any costs to learn or to craft

Each profession has its own file in data/professions/.
