Summary

A new Classic World system. Become a resident of Henesys or Kerning City to get shop items and discounts. Town requests raise your Citizenship grade.

Citizenship is a new system made for Classic World. Characters at level 12 and up can use it. You get to know the people who live on Victoria Island¹. Inkwell named it as content created specifically for Classic World².

How to become a citizen

The release notes name two towns¹:

• Henesys: talk to Arthur in Henesys Town Hall.
• Kerning City: talk to Roxy in Kerning City Civic Center.

Nexon’s October 15 notice changes the Kerning City map so the Civic Center is easier to reach³.

What citizens get

Official residents of Henesys and Kerning City get these perks¹:

• Special items from the town’s specialty shop
• Lower cab prices
• Lower Storage Keeper prices
• Lower prices on some general store items

Grades and Contribution

Each town has a Community Board with requests from people who live there. Finishing requests earns Contribution toward your Citizenship grade. A higher grade opens more ways to help the town¹.

• How big each discount is
• What the specialty shops sell
• How many grades there are, and how much Contribution each needs
• What each new grade unlocks
