At level 10, talk to Dances with Balrog in Perion to become a Warrior1. At level 30, talk to Dances with Balrog again and pick Fighter, Page, or Spearman1. Nexon’s page calls the first job Swordsman2.

The official notes name no requirement other than the level. If the game asks for more, please send a correction with a screenshot.

Founder’s Access has first and second job only1. Third job was open for testing at level 70 in Closed Online Test 2, and Nexon said test content may change3. Nexon has not said when third job comes to the live game. Inkwell said content such as third job may arrive in stages4.

STR is the Warrior’s main stat. It raises Warrior damage and Weapon Def. DEX raises Warrior damage a little and raises Accuracy5.

You get 5 AP each level. From level 10 you get 3 SP each level, plus 1 extra SP when you take first and second job5.

Nexon’s Warrior page2 lists these skills. It also explains what each one does.
